For Errors:
Site users will Log In and select Send Request under the Change Request tab. From here, you will search by Subject Number and Choose Edit to make changes to your subject’s identifiers.

For Re-Prints:
Site users will Log In and select Re-Print Match Reports under the Subject Management tab. From here, you will search by Subject Number and use the Re-Print icon.
